  • Day 1:

Breakfast: Omelet with Canadian Bacon – DNE (Did not eat)

Lunch: Chicken Satay – I was hoping that this would taste as good as the Thai Peanut Chicken from a couple weeks ago. The vegetables were good, but the peanut sauce was a little more sour and not as peanuty. Rating: 3

Dinner: Pork in Papaya Sauce – Ugh, this sucked. Not so much the dinner, but my bag of papaya sauce had a hole in it, so when it was boiling it got all watery and watered down. Everything else was good I just wish the sauce had come out the way it was intended. Rating: 3

    AM Snack: Double Berry Bar

    PM Snack: Parmesan Protein Chips

    Day 2:

Breakfast: Berry Crepes with Turkey Sausage – The filling of the crepes was basically the same as what was in the Stuffed French Toast from last week, but the berry compote on top really made the difference. I ate ALL of my crepes. The sausage wasn’t bad either. Rating: 4

Lunch: Lasagna Rollatini – This tasted like Italian Stuffed shells. Pasta, sauce, and the cheese filling were all fine. Rating: 3

    Lasagna Rollatini

    Dinner: BBQ Pork – DNE

AM Snack: Chocolate Mini Crisps – DNE

PM Snack: Sour Cream and Onion Soy Snack – I’m not sure if it’s because I had an old bag, but these tasted stale and I couldn’t finish it. Rating: 1

    Day 3:

    Breakfast: Spinach Ricotta Crepe

Lunch: Chicken and Cheese Steak – I finally figured out how to eat this so it tastes decent. First, avoid the spaghetti squash completely. Instead, make sure you get a good portion of melted cheese on your chicken, then dip it into the marinara sauce that’s supposed to be on the squash. Rating: 2.5

Dinner: Stuffed Cajun Chicken with Wild Rice – DNE

AM Snack: Raisin Nut Mix – Awesome, yet again. Who knew that nuts could make a person so happy? Rating: 5

PM Snack: Chili Soy Snack – DNE

    Day 4:

Breakfast: English Muffin with Almond Butter – This was good. Nothing fancy. Literally a muffin and the butter, but since both were good: Rating: 4

    Lunch: Picadillo – DNE

Dinner: Chicken Cordon Bleu – DNE

AM Snack: Cran Grape Shake – I am completely looking forward to these shakes now. If you think of how sweet and fruity Bubbilicious grape gum is, that is EXACTLY how this shake tasted. Rating: 5

PM Snack: Lemon Garlic Protein Chips – I downed this bag on the way to fellowship. Tons of flavor and a nice crispiness. Rating: 4

    Day 5:

Breakfast: Perfect 10 Bagel with Egg Patty and Canadian Backon

Lunch: Pork Verde Chili – I was impressed by how yummy this was. The pork was perfectly cooked in a slightly chili flavored sauce, and the quinoas stuffed inside the peppers were delicious. Rating: 4

Dinner: BBQ Chicken – This is a repeat dish, but it still tasted good. I loved the veggie sides and the chicken was cooked well, although I still found the BBQ sauce a little overpowering. Rating: 3.5

AM Snack: Chocolate Pudding – Gone in 60 seconds. Rating: 5

PM Snack: Honey Almond Cookie Bites – Gone in 120 seconds. Rating: 5
