February is American Heart Month, and Welch’s would like to take a moment to remind us that a heart-helthy diet starts at the grocery store. According to a recent study, while most over us know that certain foods are heart-healthy, only a fraction of us actually buy heart-healthy foods on a regular basis. There’s a perception that heart-healthy foods won’t taste as good or are too pricey, however with something as easy as a serving of Concord grape juice, you actually have a taste of delicious, heart-healthy goodness.
