Sometimes I think people forget how much influence a word can have over a child. Everything they hear as they are growing affects the person they will become later. Encouragement, love, and positiveness are all things that will help shape a child into an encouraging, loving and positive adult.

Another little treat for the kids are the brand new Hallmark Text Bands. These text bands take texting to a new, fun level by allowing kids to “text” each other by bumping hands or giving each other high-5s. They simply code a special message into the band, and when they bump their fists with another person wearing a text band, their messages will swap. Kids can collect up to 24 message from their friends.
