I love being able to custom design my shirts. I’m not talking about sewing or patterns or anything like that (although that would be cool.) I mean being able to take a t-shirt, pants, or baseball cap and decorate it how I like. At Just Jen, you can create your own custom shirt – embellishing it with a logo, text, or cool symbols.

The Review

Just Jen Custom ShirtJust Jen offers t-shirts that you can custom design as well as pre-designed shirts that you can personalized with rhinestone. While their existing designs are nice and are a convenient option to make custom shirts, I headed right to their Custom Shop, where I could design and create my own custom shirt, hoodie, pants, apron or ball cap.

The process is easy. First, you select the style of item you want. They have 11 different styles of shirts ranging from a maternity t-shirt to tank tops. I opted for the cotton Spandex long-sleeve t-shirt. Next, you choose the appropriate size – ranging from small to 2XL. Then you select the color you would like. Color options will vary by the type of shirt you choose. For my shirt I selected pink.

Then comes the fun part – creating your design. At Just Jen, you can create your own shirt design using a combination of text and symbols. Not only that, but you can also select the colors of the genuine Swarovski Crystal rhinestones that will be used for each part of the design. You can add three lines of text to the front and alternate between different colors – there are 22 to choose from. You can also select from 13 different fonts for your lettering. I chose the phrase “faith.hope.love.” in cursive font with fuchsia crystals and a cross symbol in white crystals. In the “Design Instructions” box, you clarify how you’d like it designed, such as the cross below the text, etc.

The price per shirt varies based on the number of letters and symbols you select for your shirt. For my design, the base price (standard with 5 letters) started at $29.90 and after all of my text and symbols, the total was $44.90. If you’re creating a special design for a bridal shower or other event, you can get a 15% discount on orders over $150 and orders of 15 or more shirts qualify for wholesale pricing.

Just Jen Custom Shirt

A few days later, I received my new custom shirt, carefully delivered in a pink mesh drawstring bag. It came out exactly as I pictured in my head. I loved that they allowed me to be so flexible with colors and layout. The rhinestones are attached securely and there are no worries about them coming off.

One of the other things I liked about Just Jen was that the shirt was an “adult” size. I’ve tried a couple of other custom shirts where you wondered whether it was meant for women or girl’s, so putting on a custom shirt that actually fit was excellent. The sizing charts are definitely helpful (complete with measurement information) to ensure you get the right size.

If you’re looking for just the right gift for your wife, friend, or girl friend, check out the cute custom shirt designs available at Just Jen. The have a variety of styles to choose from and truly allow you to customize your shirt. This is a great option for birthdays, holidays, bridal events, and more. Remember, that they offer girl and toddler sizes as well, so you can get matching custom shirts or create a new design for your little princess.
