  • As someone who has both worked on their feet and runs (or used to run) quite a bit, I know the importance of treating your foot well. Wear the wrong shoe for even one day and your feet will let you know how unhappy they were – whether it’s blisters or achiness and soreness. Unfortunately, custom shoes designed just for your foot are kind of pricey, so the best alternative we have is to improve our shoe with a high quality shoe insert.

    About Kendall GelThotics

Kendall Research Systems, Inc. has introduced a silicone orthotic with maximal support and shock absorbency. The Kendall GelThotic, provides optimal therapeutic support and requires less space in the shoe than any other orthotic, thus working in almost any style of shoe.

    The Review

Kendall GelThoticsThe Kendall GelThotics looks different from other inserts I’ve seen. While some inserts seem rigid and inflexible, the Kendall GelThotics insert is made of a gel that looks like it will mold and conform to the shape of your foot. To use the Kendall GelThotics, you insert them underneath the insole of your shoe – that’s right, it goes under your current insole instead of replacing it.

Made from a special silicone, the Kendall GelThotics will keep their supportive shape and never break down, helping to ensure your foot gets lasting support, for your arches, heels, and forefoot. The GelThotic is water and moisture proof and will not absorb odors or microbes.

    Kendall GelThotics Inserts

Our tester noticed immediate results from the Kendall GelThotics before he even stood up. He had been experience some soreness in his arches and wasn’t sure why. He placed the Kendall GelThotics inside of his hiking boots and once his foot hit the support from the GelThotics, he immediately knew that the soreness was from the lack of support that wasn’t there before the insert.  He felt the improvement even before standing and was even more amazed once he stood up and walked about.

    Kendall GelThotics in Boot

After weeks of using the Kendall GelThotics in his boots, the soreness that was once there has completely disappeared. His hiking boots are more comfortable then ever, and according to our tester, inserting the Kendall GelThotics into his boots turned them into “the ultimate orthopedic boot.” His testimony is encouraging me to pick-up my own inserts for my shoes.

The Kendall GelThotics are made from a special silicone that will keep its supportive shape and never break down. The GelThotic is water and moisture proof and will not absorb odors or microbes.

If you’d like to pick up the Kendall GelThotics, you can purchase them online from the Kendall GelThotics, or online from Amazon.com, where they’re currently on sale for $44.99, marked down from $59.99. They accommodate sizes Youth 3.5-5 through Men’s 14. If you do decide to pick these up, come back and let me know how you like them and I’ll do the same!
