Summer “officially” starts on June 20th this year, but with some of the great weather we’ve been having, I say that summer starts whenever it’s warm enough to walk outside in flip flops. And, since I officially started wearing flip flops last week, it’s summer to me.

I don’t get to do it as often as I’d like, but I hope to go fishing some time this summer.
My favorite thing to do during summer was play softball. I played travel softball so not only did I get to enjoy seeing new places and playing the sport that I love, but I also got to stay in hotels with my best friends, go swimming at the pools, and have big BBQs. I am so thankful for all the money my parents used to dish out for me to play!
