Giveaway Rules

Some Giveaway Rules may vary depending on the giveaway, but in general, the following will always be true:

1. Please ensure that your contact information is accessible – either by leaving it in the comment or via an online profile (ie. Disqus, OpenID, etc.)
2. Winner(s) will be selected from the submitted responses using a random integer via random.org or alternate random selection process.
3. No purchase necessary to enter.
4. Winners will be contacted via email & their first name posted on the blog. If I am unable to contact the first winner via email with 48 hours, a 2nd winner will be chosen. (So make sure your email is legit!) If the 2nd winner does not respond, we may select a 3rd winner, host a live giveaway, or opt for another alternative at our discretion.
5. After confirmation, a list of winners can be found on the Winners Page.
6. Please no obscene, rude, disrespectful comments. Any entry that contains any of these will also be disqualified.
7. U.S. Residents only unless otherwise specified.
8. Must be age 18 or over
9. Most of or giveaways are through generous donations from sponsoring companies. Sponsor companies may ship prizes directly to the winners. We cannot be held responsible for prizes lost in the mail or for sponsor companies failure to ship a prize. (But trust that we will do our absolute best to make sure you get your prize.)
