The WiC Chicks (or Chucks) Review Program)

  • Dogs can be a lot of fun. The way they lick your feet or how they always greet you with a wagging tail can warm a person’s heart. At the same time, dogs can smell. Boy, can them smell. Sera and Sophie are indoor/outdoor dogs, spending most of their days chasing each other around the yard and then falling asleep next to the couch. For puppies, I must say they handle baths really well. They seem more interested in drinking the water than getting out of the wash bin. Even so, we don’t give them frequent baths, and at times like those, pet wipes, like those from Fou Fou Pet, are real life savers.

    Fou Fou Pet Pet Wipes

This pack has 5 scents of Fou Fou Pet Pet Wipes

There are 5 available scents for Fou Fou Pet Pet Wipes – Apple Tea, Green Tea, Passion Fruit, Chamomile and Orange Pekoe. Each scent is individually packaged in a resealable plastic pouch and each pouch has 10 scented wipes. Anytime we talking about the fur-babies, I definitely want all-natural. The Fou Fout Pet Pet Wipes are not only all natural, but they are also anti-bacterial and biodegradable.

You can use these pre-moistened wipes to quickly and conveniently clean your dog (or cat) in-between baths. The girls didn’t seem to mind being wiped down with the pet wipes – in fact, they actually seemed to enjoy it. And I definitely enjoyed the fresher scent that comes with the wipes. I’ve been using them daily when the dogs come in the house and my nose is thanking me for it. I use one wipe per dog. If they’re particularly smelly, I might use two. So far my two favorite scents of Pet Wipes are Chamomile and Apple Tea, although they all smell great.

Winter has arrived, and it has arrived with some lovely snow. Sophie and Sera definitely seem to be “snow dogs” since I often seen them running around the snow, or even chowing down and “eating” snow for a quick bite of refreshment. One thing I wasn’t aware of is how snow can be uncomfortable on the dogs paws – whether it’s causing small cuts or due to the salt we often throw down to protect us from slipping. FouFou Pet’s Pawstick is the perfect solution to protect paws in the winter.

    FouFou Pet Petstick

The FouFou Pet Pawstick looks like a giant tube of Chapstick, except that it’s for doggy paws.

Again, the FouFou Pet Pawstick is all natural, made with various oils, beeswax, and mango seed butter, that can help moisturize and protect those paws. It’s a clear stick that smells of peppermint (which the girls absolutely love.) Every few days, as they’re lounging on the ground, I’ll use the Pawstick to apply to the pads of their paws. It glides on easily, then I’ll take a few seconds to rub it into the pads. I can really feel the difference from before and after applying the FouFou Pet Pawstick.

If you would like to pick up either of these great products to help keep your pets smelling fresh and to help protect their paws, you can find them at the FouFou Dog online store. Use code WIC2012 before December 31, 2012 and get 15% off your purchase.
