I would say that 99.9999% of us have some little quirk about our appearance that we wish we could tweak. For me, it’s my fly away hair frizzies. For others, it might be that extra little smile mark when we grin. While some might turn to surgery or some other drastic measure to address these “quirks”, I prefer more affordable methods, such as beauty creme and at-home hair treatments.
Procter & Gamble (P&G) has a large selection of beauty product lines that can help us rock our “lovable quirks” (or help us stave off them off for as long as possible.) For the past few weeks, I’ve been using some of these products to help me look, and feel, amazing.
Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Serum
As I get older, I’ve become more aware of taking care of my skin and providing the nourishment it needs to look and feel amazing. The Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Serum provides “Olay’s most concentrated amino-peptide complex” to help firm the skin’s appearance. The change in weather was trying out my skin and making it look just “blah.” Since I’ve starting using Olay Regenerist as part of my evening facial care routine, I’ve noticed that my skin looks more toned and it feels absolutely amazing with a baby-soft smoothness I haven’t felt in ages. By the way, it smells amazing – a wonderful clean, slightly floral fragrance. The serum is thick but not heavy and a little definitely goes a long way.
Pantene Pro-V Medium-Thick Hair Solutions Damage Repair Ampoules
My hair as also shown the effects in the change of weather and is looking a little drier and a little frizzier. To help smooth out and improve the appearance of my hair, I used the Pantene Pro-V Medium-Thick Hair Solutions Damage Repair Ampoules. The ampoules come five in a package, with each ampoule containing a miracle treatment that will took my hair from dry and frizzy to smooth and sleek in one treatment. Simply use one ampoule instead of conditioner after shampooing, leave it in for 5 minutes and then rinse. My hair was softer, smoother, and looked so much healthier.
CoverGirl LashBlast Volume Mascara
Mascara is one of my favorite ways to give myself a little spruce up before heading outside. I’ve been using CoverGirl LashBlast mascara for more years than I can count and there’s a reason it’s my go-to mascara. With just a few swishes of the brush, it instantly adds volume and length. While some mascaras smudges towards the end of the day, LashBlast mascara stays put the whole day but still removes easily when you wash your face.
Gillette Venus & Olay Razor
Are you tired of stubble, nicks, and cuts when you shave? Yeah, I was too. When I used the Gillette Venus & Olay Razor for the first time, I was amazed at how smooth my skin felt after shaving. It had been awhile since my last shave and there wasn’t a single cut, burn, or scratch, which is saying something. I think the last razor I used was only 3 blades, so using a 5 blade razor was a luxury since it got more hair with each swipe. Even better are the Olay Moisture Bars at the top and bottom of the razor. These moisture bars act as a shave cream (that’s right – no other shave cream required) and help keep the skin moisturized as you’re shaving.
