As a taste tester that night and more importantly someone who has historically never favored yogurt, I have to say that the Spinach Dip was one of the most interesting culinary experiences I've had in a long time (in a good way). My ears heard that there was yogurt in it, but my mouth didn't taste any. I actually felt healthy eating spinach dip and didn't have to compromise my taste buds. So impressive was the Spinach Dip that I used the leftovers as a spread on two hamburgers that I prepared the following day. If using yogurt on my burger isn't an endorsement of this recipe, I don't know what it is:)
