This month, we’d like to give a round of applause, kudos, and support to Dream Dinners Lafayette. They’ve started up a blog that has regular store updates and announcements. But what really interested me was the owner’s 2009 New Year’s Resolution:
“So one of my New Years Resolutions is to take pics of the various meals and post them for all to see, as well as more pictures in general.”
She already has a couple of pictures up – Fireside Pork Roast and Tuscan Chicken, and I love how they show how these meals will actually look on my plate.
