Amaretto/Almond Peach Cobbler

A warm and tasty dessert, perfect for fall!
  • 2 21-ounce cans Lucky Leaf Premium Peach Pie Filling
  • ½ cup Amaretto (or 2 tsp. of pure almond extract)
  • 1 17.5-ounce package sugar cookie mix
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup butter, cubed
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spread pie filling into an ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish. Drizzle with Amaretto (or almond extract).
  3. Sprinkle cookie mix and almonds over top; dot with butter.
  4. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
