Amaretto/Almond Peach Cobbler

- 2 21-ounce cans Lucky Leaf Premium Peach Pie Filling
- ½ cup Amaretto (or 2 tsp. of pure almond extract)
- 1 17.5-ounce package sugar cookie mix
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup butter, cubed
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spread pie filling into an ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish. Drizzle with Amaretto (or almond extract).
- Sprinkle cookie mix and almonds over top; dot with butter.
- Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
