As X-day rapidly approaches, I’ve been getting emails for last minute deals from a lot of stores. Just in case any of you have procrastinated as I may have (I’ve got to brave the snowy roads today to pick up a couple more items) I thought I’d post a few easy, last minute ideas.
First off, if you follow my Twitter feed, then you might have figured out I’m a big fan of amazon.com. They’re super convenient to shop and almost always have the lowest priced items. You can still get your orders by December 24 when using FREE Two-Day shipping. Here are a couple of good gift ideas from amazon:
Amazon Gift Card – You can’t go wrong with this one. You can have it emailed, print it out, or mail it. It allows the gift recipient to choose their own gift, essentially. In addition, if your send an amazon.com gift card of $50 or more, they’ll give you $5 off your next purchase. BUY IT NOW
Apple iPOD/iTunes GC – If you have a music lover in the family, I’d definitely recommend an iPod. The new iPod Nanos are reasonably priced and have video capabality. The newest Nanos are currently on sale on amazon for $133.99. If they already have an iPod, then you can get them a iTunes Gift Certificate so they can load up on their favorite songs and movies. SHOP NANOS NOW. SHOP APPLE NOW.
Restaurant.com – Purchase a $25 gift certificate from thousands of your favorite restaurants for just $2. That’s an 80% savings. Gift certificates can be printed out for quick, last minute gifts. CLICK HERE and use the code SANTA to get the discount.
