We are just starting to eat healthier. It’s our resolution this year. Being as heart disease runs in my family, it’s important that I do what I can. 🙂
We eat a lot of chicken, baked of course, fresh fruit and veggies. Low salt, use Mrs. Dash or garlic or other seasonings instead of salt.

My family is heart-healthy. We try and incorporate whole grains, fiber, vegetables and fruit into our daily meals.
We are as heart-healthy as possible. We have switched all of our starches to whole grain over the last 2 yrs (pasta, bread, cereals, even baking flour) & we try to eat fish at least once/wk, as well as taking Omega3 supplements (fish oil).
