To enter, simply submit your best birthday cake recipe and photo on the Birthday Party Bash website. Prizes include the Grand Prize of 1 Wii™ Console, a Birthday Party Bash Wii™ game, 4 confetti cupcake mixes, 4 classic vanilla frostings and a check for $250 for birthday party decorations (ARV $500). In addition, 100 contestants will win the Birthday Party Bash video game for Wii (SRP $19.99.) You can submit your entries until January 30, 2010, so make sure you start your cake baking and enter to win soon!

Cute Confetti Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 box of Duncan Hines Confetti Cupcake mix
1 1/4 cups of water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 tub of Duncan Hines Strawberry Cream Frosting
Baking Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F for metal pans.
2. Place cupcake liners in two 12-cup cupcake pans.
3. Blend dry mix, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl at low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds).
4. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into cups, filling each 1/2 full.
5. Bake 21-24 minutes. Cupcakes are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Be careful to let cool completely before frosting.
7. Eat and enjoy!

I love duncan hines cake mix..especially the brownies…i always have them in my pantry as my kids love it.
