I’ve read several of Beth Moore’s books and guides and have always appreciated her honest, spiritual and personal writing. Whether it’s overcoming obstacles to help you grow closer to God or learning about the Bible, Beth Moore provides practical advice while sharing her knowledge and insight.
We’re excited to share with you that Beth Moore has a new bible study – “James: Mercy Triumphs.”
“James: Mercy Triumphs,” which releases November 1, explores how one glimpse of the resurrected Savior turned James, an unbeliever, into a disciple. The 8-session study helps women discover how to better incorporate faith into their daily life by getting to know both the man and the Book of James. With this study, Moore also provides a new tiered approach that provides supplemental activities so that women can decide how deeply they want to engage. Reading theological articles and memorizing the Book of James are examples of suggested ways to pursue the topics more in-depth.

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds,
because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.
Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

Pslam 148:3 Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars.
Oh so many to choose from! Phil 4:13 – “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
My favorite is Corinthians 13:4-7.
Love suffers long, or puts up with people that it is easy to give up on. Love is kind, namely, treats well people who have treated us poorly. Love doesn’t envy nor parade itself and is not puffed up. Love endures any hardship or rejection, revealing its superior strength. In the face of confrontation, love simply continues. To love is the great commandment and no other force promotes righteousness more.
Psalm 138:8
“The Lord will fufil his purpose for me. Your love oh, Lord endures forever, Do not abandon the work of your hands.”
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
John 3:16.
My favorite: John 3:16 – For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.
That is every bit of my faith in one sentence and the one reason why anyone here is a follower of Christ.
