There are certain areas of my life that are incredibly organized. My bills are carefully tucked away in their designated folders and my clothes are hanging up in my closet according to sleeve length and style. That’s where Mabel’s Labels can help. Mabel’s Labels are a colorful and customizeable labels that you can use to label anything and everything – from trash cans to toothbrushes.
My Mabel’s Labels arrived and I quickly started looking at things I needed help organizing. First up was the pile of cords under my desk. I also have a pile of cords under my TV stand and a pile of cords under my night stand. But the cords under the desk won the prize for being the most confusing since I have no less than 13 different cords plugged in there. To help bring order to the cord chaoes, I used the Cord Control labels. There are 54 labels in the pack and I could easily find a label for each of my cords – they even had a label for my router. It was easy to apply the labels, simply peel and then wrap around the cable. The hardest part was figuring out what the cords were connected to so I could put the correct labels on.
Next up was testing the Custom Neat Freak Combo, which I got in lime. It’s also available in Magenta and Navy Blue. They sent me a set of pre-made labels, but what I absolutely love about these labels is that you can customize them for the exact things that YOU are labeling! That’s write – you no longer have to deal with labels for spices you neverr cook with because you get to choose which spices you want. When you order the labels, you’ll be able to choose the color, font, and then it will take you through the three different types of labels (bin, canister, and spice) where you type in what you want labels for. They even give you a preview of what the label looks like. I used my labels to help with some of my baked goods and recycling bins.
As soon as your child steps out of the house, there are a million (or more) uses for Mabel’s Labels. They have a variety of labels just for the kids, such as iron-on name tags for clothing. Skinny-Mini name tags are dishwasher/microwave-safe and UV resistant, which means you can throw them on eating utensils as well as toys. They also have wristbands that you can have your little one wear to alert people of allergies. The “my 411 wristbands” are a simple way to make sure your contact information is with your child AND 10% of the “my 411 wristbands” sales are donated to Autism speaks.
It makes sense that Mabel’s Labels was founded by four mompreneurs in 2002. Somehow I don’t picture men thinking about how they could get durable and long-lasting labels so we can keep track of our kids’ shoes.
Mabel’s Labels are available for customization and purchase on their website at www.mabel.ca and start as low as $18 per package. The combination packs are a steal starting at $34. Mabel’s Labels are also available in the WCatDD Mabel’s Labels Giveaway!

Super Groovy Organization potential. I'm really loving the cord labeling. That would save so much stress. 🙂
