Chinese Chicken Salad
(Serves 8-10)
Dressing Ingredients:
1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup light vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Salad Ingredients:
1/2 head of Napa cabbage, chopped
1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 pound cooked chicken breast meat, shredded (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Set aside.
2. Add cabbage, onions and chicken to large bowl.
3. Toss well with dressing and top with sesame seeds and almonds
4. Chill and serve.

That sounds really yummy. I love salad and chinese food so very much. I think I could eat salad everyday.
I have all kinds of salad recipes. You can put just about anything together and have a great meal =D
