Ingredients:
2 Cups (8 to 10 ounces) diced Smoked Turkey
1 Cup seedless Grapes
1 Celery stalk, sliced
¼ Cup roasted, salted Cashew Pieces, plus more for garnish (optional)
1 Green Onion, both white and green parts, sliced
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh Parsley
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Medium Dry Sherry
½ Tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice
½ Teaspoon Sugar
¼ Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon Pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, grapes, celery, cashews, onion and parsley.
2. Add mayonnaise, sherry, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper and mix until evenly moistened.
3. Chill until ready to serve.
4. Garnish with additional cashews if desired.

September 2008 Dream Dinners Side Dish Recipe release as usual is top class that could be served on a very popular restaurants and five stars hotel.This recipe is good for the health of the elder ones. I like to try it at home.
I think i will try this but with a ranch dressing,
