The Review

A couple of months ago, I introduced y’all to the Gourmet Gift Baskets Classic Snack Gift Basket. For the holidays, step-it up a notch to the Christmas Gift Basket Classic. The Christmas Gift Basket Classic is festively wrapped with red and green ribbon and has a cuite poinsettia flower perched on top of the raspberry mustard for extra holiday spirit.

In terms of contents, the Christmas Gift Basket is very similar to the Classic Gift Basket. While they are both priced at $59.99, the Christmas Gift basket trades out the coconut bar and the peanut roll for chocolate covered cherries and a dark chocolate bar. I am a huge chocolate fan and really loved the different items in the Christmas basket.

As I’ve come to expect from Gourmet Gift Baskets, everything in the basket is gourmet quality. The Buttered Peanut Crunch was the first item to go – it lasted all of a day, followed shortly by the Almond Pecan-dy Crunch. The peanut crunch comes in these perfectly sized bites that have a great blend of sweet, salty, and crunch. The rest of the basket is still being enjoyed be all, however the peanuts are long gone and there is a serious dent in the Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies.
