Melissa from Created2InspireJoy.com provides thoughtful prompts for reflection, and the cute design had many blank pages for journaling, notes and decorating with the included stickers.

I also appreciated the copy of God Hears Her. Too often, we can forget to get in our “God time.” God Hears Her provides a new scripture for every day of the year, along with a real woman’s story from her life that connects to that scripture. It’s an easy way to remind ourselves to reflect on a new lesson each day.

I’ve heard of Casting Crowns before but wasn’t familiar with this CD. A hot cup of tea and worship music are great tools to calm the mind and body to help you reconnect with God.
