Did you know that having indoor plants can actually boost your mood? In addition to cleaning the air and producing oxygen, studies have shown that indoor plants can improve your mood and boost productivity, concentration, and creativity. Succulents Box is making it easier than ever to collect and grow your own collection of gorgeous, rare succulents & cactus. With this Succulents Box review, we’re taking a look at the plants we receive and the value of a Succulents Box subscription.
Succulents Box offers 5 subscription plans which start at $14.95/month for one succulent or air plant, up to $20/month for 4 succulents. Receive a 5% discount for 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions. Succulents Box gift boxes are also available for $25. I was curious about how those prices compare to buying the same plants elsewhere. Basically, is a subscription to Succulents Box worth the price? After pricing the items I received in my Succulents Box monthly subscription box (comparing prices on Etsy, Walmart, and other online stores,)Â I believe Succulents Box is DEFINITELY worth the subscription.

In my June 2019 Succulents Box, I receive 4 gorgeous, healthy succulents. They include useful cards with pictures to help you identify which plant is which:
- Tiger Tooth Aloe Juvenna
- Haworthia Cymbiformis Var. Obtusal
- Echeveria Melaco Brown Rose
- Echeveria Blue Atoll
Succulents Box carefully wrapped each plant in bubble wrap to ensure their safe arrival. They also included quick care instructions with useful tips on caring for your new plants. Succulents Box also offers a useful plant care guide on their website. There, they provide a variety of useful tips to care for your new succulents and cactus plants, ranging from planting and watering tips to propagation and fertilization.
I was really impressed by the succulents I received in the June Succulents Box. I confess I wasn’t aware that succulents could look so flower-like and have such unique and colorful designs. With more than 200 varieties of succulents available, Succulents Box is a great way to discover new varieties of succulents and cactus plants while growing your indoor plant collections.
Succulents are very low maintenance indoor plants – you generally only water them once every 2 weeks or so. The important things are to allow for adequate water drainage and to not overwater your plants. I’ve water my plants once since they arrived, but that’s it. So far they still look vibrant, green and healthy.
