The Body Shop Holiday Gifts Review + Gift Ideas

Gift sets are one of my favorite types of gifts to give (and receive!) They’re often filled with a variety of different items and usually offer a better value than if you bought the items separately. I had the opportunity to select and review two of this year’s The Body Shop holiday gifts. I’m excited to share my review and offer a few other gift ideas to help you with your holiday gift list.

Every year, The Body Shop creates a great collection of holiday gift sets featuring some of their most popular skincare and beauty products. With Winter weather here, keeping my skin nourished and moisturized is a priority. When I saw that The Body Shop’s Slather & Nourish Body Butter gift set had 5 tubs in different scents, I knew I had to buy it. (Unfortunately, it’s already sold out for the year.)

Slather & Nourish Body Butter Gift Set

If you aren’t familiar with The Body Shop’s Body Butters and want to nourish your skin, they’re definitely something to consider. Their body butters are made with at least 95% natural-origin ingredients and provide long-lasting protection. The Body Shop offers body butter in most of their staple fragrance and product lines, such as Shea Body Butter and British Rose Body Butter, as well as their seasonal scents.

Each of the body butters I’ve used so far has lived up to my high expectations. I particularly love that this gift set offered a lot of different fragrances to choose from. I also like that the butter absorbs into my skin quickly and the scents aren’t too strong.

Oranges & Stockings Spiced Orange Mini Gift Review

The Body Shop also released limited edition seasonal fragrances for the holiday season. This year’s holiday fragrances and Spiced Orange and Wild Pine. I love the smell of citrus and spice, so I also decided to pick up the Oranges & Stockings Spiced Orange Mini Gift. This was my first time trying their limited edition holiday scents.

This mini gift set includes a bottle of shower gel, a tub of body butter, and a small loofah made of ramie. The blend of orange, vanilla, and cinnamon is perfect for the holiday. The orange adds a hint of brightness, while the vanilla adds a wonderful warmth and coziness. It would make the perfect stocking stuffer.
