Strawberry Banana Sesame Milk Smoothie Recipe

An easy, dairy-free fruit smoothie made with strawberries, banana, and sesame milk.

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana sliced into chunks
  • 1 cup sesame milk I used Hope & Sesame organic sesame milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 Tbsp honey (optionally, for sweetness)


  1. Add ingredients to blender. Blend until combined.

  2. Check smoothie consistency. Add more sesame milk if the smoothie is too thick. Add more fruit if the smoothie is too thin. Blend after adding any additional ingredients.

  3. Serve immediately.
