  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 4 tsp of chopped garlic ~ 4 cloves
  • 4 pork chops

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Lightly beat eggs and mix with milk in a medium bowl (large enough for you to put your chops in.)
  3. In another bowl (also large enough for the pork chops), mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.
  4. Heat oil over medium heat in a large, oven-safe skillet.
  5. Add garlic and cook until lightly browned, then remove.
  6. Put one chop in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  7. Then put the chop into the bread crumb mix, coating evenly around all sides of the pork chop. Repeat for each pork chop.
  8. Place the breaded pork chop in the skillet and brown for 4-5 minutes on each side (3-4 minutes for thinner chops, 4-5 minutes for thicker chops.)
  9. Put the skillet, with the pork chops, into the preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, until internal temp is 145F.
  10. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans (or your favorite sides) and enjoy!
